Intention:

I'm manifesting abundance, abundance in connection with people who are easy to love and be loved by, they are patient and love to take the time for the depth of the feelings and thoughts to settle, who are mindfully aware of the state of the world and try to stop the injustice in the best way they are capable of, love life and love creating meanings passionately. Poetic, in their body, smart, and most importantly appreciate what life brings us.

On digital connection:

I used to love the internet and the ability to connect with my family & friends who we were destained to live apart for multiple reasons, and to find interesting people who share relatable experience who I would love to follow and connect with.

However, I think the internet is becoming a violent experience to us, it is becoming harder and harder to do anything meaningful on the tools provided to us. Let alone trying to connect with the people we love and care about. Constant interruptions, the high expectations of responding quickly or needing to be plugged in every day, and the invasion of privacy where every click, hover, follow is tracked and monetized through surveilling my online behavior are making it unsustainable to stay on such platforms.

So, at least with this blog, I am trying to balance things out. I have created a static, distraction-free website designed for slow consumption that does not track visitor behavior. It also acts as a mirror to posts I might share on social media, so you can see them without needing to log in to those sites if you wish to maintain contact and check on me.

Most importantly, I hope this website respects the person who wants to connect with me digitally. Just as if you visited my home, you would receive my full, focused attention in a tidy space; I hope this website offers a similar feeling, a clean, less interrupted way to digest what is written here.

Giving the nature of having everything written here is published to the public, The website will be reserved for full ideas & reflections rather than sharing raw reactions and unprocessed emotions.

I love to abide by this Arabic saying:

I will also be using the pen name Mr.Artichokes, instead of my real name just to make it a bit difficult for bots to link my identity.However, this website will be shared with people I already know in person and they know my name.
